The Fourth Trimester Course

Service Description

This 3 hour course includes an in depth look at the 4th trimester. We'll create a postpartum plan for you and your family while having honest conversations about the reality of new parenthood. You'll also learn about lactation, newborn behavior and infant care to help you feel more prepared and get you off to a great start. Limited to 6 couples.

My favorite part of birth work is sharing in the transformation of a family and providing personalized and comprehensive support throughout the process.  At Aurelia Childbirth Education we provide you with empowering evidence- based education and help you to connect with a community that will grow with you as you navigate the transitions and questions that pervade pregnancy, birth and parenthood. 

 

We provide pregnancy support, childbirth education, and hold birth courses throughout the year.
